It is with great sadness that the family of Angela Lejeune marks her passing on March 19, 2020. The beloved mother and grandmother passed away peacefully at her residence in Dieppe at the age of 75. Born on May 27, 1944 in Campbellton, she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Diana (Ouellet) Pelletier.
Angela dedicated her life to the care of others and prior to her retirement, she was a Registered Nurse Assistant at the Restigouche Hospital Centre in Campbellton. Angela loved her children and grandchildren unconditionally; she enjoyed nothing more than spending time with them and preparing their favourite meals during their visits. She was an extraordinary cook and her many recipe books will be cherished by her family for years to come. Angela was also an exceptional gardener; from early Spring until late Fall, she spent most of her free time working on her beautiful flower gardens.
She is survived by three children: Brian (Jennifer) of Moncton, Jennifer of Fredericton, and Marc (Melissa) of Campbellton; seven grandchildren: Lauren, Aiden, Peyton, Hudson, Alex, Sam, and Thalya; eight siblings: Rhona, Ivan, Alan, Jackie, Diane, Charleen, Maxine, and Darlene; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by one daughter, Lynne; three siblings: Rolla, Eileen and Romeo.
In light of the current Coronavirus pandemic and at the request of the family, visitation and funeral will be held at a later date. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Saint John. Funeral arrangements are under the professional care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (858-1900).
In memory of Angela, a contribution to the House of Nazareth would be appreciated. Angela will be deeply missed by her family.
